Only what you send us through the contact form: name, company, email address, ERP used, monthly volume and a description of your needs. We also record the date of the request, the site used and the selected language.
This information is used solely to respond to your request and follow up on a potential project. It is never sold, rented or used for marketing by third parties.
We do not disclose your information to third parties, except where required by law.
Requests are stored on our server, in a location that is not publicly accessible, with access restricted to the person in charge. They are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request, then no more than 24 months after the last exchange, after which they are deleted.
The site uses a single cookie, which remembers your selected language (French or English). No advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools are used.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@inuksuk.io. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
